While many of these machines are yet to make their way to India, there’s a growing hope that they will soon be launched in the country, especially given the increasing demand for diverse, cutting-edge two-wheelers. In this article, we explore the top 5 two-wheelers showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 that we wish would be launched in India.   TVS RTSx Concept The Auto Expo 2025 saw the unveiling of the TVS RTSx concept, a supermoto-style motorcycle that immediately captured the attention of fans. The RTSx boasts a sleek design with 17-inch wheels and road tyres at both ends, making it ideal for urban and mixed terrain riding. Powering this concept is the RT-XD4, a 300cc liquid-cooled engine that produces 35PS and 28.5Nm of torque, delivering an exhilarating performance. Although the RTSx is still a concept TVS has a history of turning their concepts into production models making this one to watch closely. Considering India’s increasing interest in supermoto bikes the RTSx could prove to be a popular addition to the market, offering a unique blend of performance and style.   Yamaha Tenere 700 The Yamaha Tenere 700 has been an international success, and its showcase at the Auto Expo 2025 raised the hopes of Indian enthusiasts about its potential launch. This adventure bike is equipped with a 689cc parallel-twin engine that delivers 71PS and 66Nm of torque making it a powerhouse on any terrain. The fully-adjustable KYB suspension, paired with its 21-inch front and 18-inch rear spoked wheels ensures excellent off-road capability. While Yamaha India has no immediate plans for its launch the Tenere 700 could be a game-changer for the Indian adventure motorcycle segment, and we hope it comes to India soon.   Yamaha Nmax 155 If you’re looking for a practical, stylish scooter for everyday commuting, the Yamaha Nmax 155 showcased at Auto Expo 2025 might just be the ideal choice. Sharing its underpinnings with the Yamaha Aerox 155 the Nmax 155 focuses on comfort and ease of use, making it a great option for family-oriented riders. It is powered by the same 155cc liquid-cooled engine producing 15PS and 13.9Nm ensuring adequate power for city rides. While it was only showcased at the Auto Expo 2025 and no official launch date has been announced, the Nmax 155’s refined styling and balanced performance make it an attractive offering that we hope Yamaha will bring to India in the near future.   TVS Jupiter CNG Sustainability is becoming increasingly important, and the TVS Jupiter CNG concept showcased at Auto Expo 2025 brings eco-friendly commuting closer to reality. This scooter features a 125cc engine that produces 7.1PS and 9.4Nm offering a perfect balance between power and efficiency. The Jupiter CNG is equipped with a 2-litre petrol tank and a 1.4kg CNG tank, providing a combined range of 226km making it ideal for daily commuting. Other notable features include all-LED lights and a semi-digital instrument cluster. With the world’s first CNG motorcycle already launched, the Jupiter CNG has the potential to revolutionize eco-friendly urban mobility in India. We’re eagerly awaiting TVS to bring this production-ready concept to the market.   Hero Karizma XMR 250 The Hero Karizma XMR 250 made its debut at EICMA 2024 and was showcased once again at Auto Expo 2025. This supersport motorcycle comes with a 250cc liquid-cooled engine that churns out 30PS and 25Nm of torque providing an exciting performance. With a full fairing design and a sharp, aggressive look the Karizma XMR 250 is poised to become a worthy contender in the sportbike segment. Hero has confirmed the launch of this bike which has garnered considerable excitement from enthusiasts.
