The Honda Highness 350, also known as the H’ness CB350, is a motorbike that has won the hearts of riders with its traditional appearance and modern amenities. It’s a bike that stands out from the crowd not just for its appearance, but also for its performance and dependability. While many bikes are there in this segment with same classic retro style look like Royal Enfield Bullet 350 and many more. Still this bike holds top notch reliability and refinement. With very less vibrations and really good engine with good torque makes it a machine reliable for both city and highway rides. However, does this product still hold these statements? Lets find out. Design and Visual appeal: Honda Highness 350 The Honda Highness 350 has a vintage look that pays respect to the great bikes of the past. Its chrome embellishments and well-crafted bodywork convey a timeless charm that appeals to both young and experienced riders. While the color schemes are very versatile Honda highness 350 also have really fantastic styling. The sleek design of the Highness350 with slight chrome finish on engine outer shell looks very fantastic. With fit and finish Honda did fabulous job and did really well. The long exhaust from the bike and even its bend pipe does not show any lacking in fit and finish. While in videos and in pictures people may think that this bike is not for very tall riders. But this notion is very wrong to think about because Highness 350 has seat height of around 800mm. Which is more than enough. If a rider’s height is less than 5 foot 6 inches he/she may feel like this bike is very tall and very difficult to handle.  The seat is quiet hard but it is good enough for the long rides. Performance and Dynamics The engine consist of 348cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers smooth power and torque. The Honda Highness 350 is designed in such a way that rider will get a balance between performance and efficiency. This makes it really great for highway tours and city commutes. The Highness 350 is powered by a sleek 348cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that produces smooth power and torque. The bike’s state of tune is meant to provide a combination of performance and efficiency, making it an excellent choice for both city commuting and extended trips. The refinement of the engine is really good. In 3rd gear the bike can touch the speed of 100kmph. With 4th gear cruising becomes really smooth. Honda Highness 350 is rev loving motorcycle.  Because even on the top end the vibrations are little but the performance is really good. Whether rider has to overtake at high speed or cruise on highway. This bike is do it all. The performance of the engine gives another level of character to the design as well. It’s the character of the engine that is really strong. Low end torque and mid end torque of the bike feels really good. High end may not have much performance but the refinement on top end is still present. Comfort and Ergonomics Special attention given to comfort and ergonomics of the Highness 350. The seat is really well padded but the stiffness is still present in seat. While riding on longer distances rider might feel that seat is very irritating especially in start of the ride but once rider get used to the seat its not a bad setup. While riding longer distances soft seats get pressed due to long sitting hours on bike that’s why I think that generally seat must be little harder. The handle bar placing and foot peg positioning are in really commanding posture and have really great feel to it. Wide handlebars helps in comfortable riding. The handling is so smooth that it glides through the traffic. The gearing is quite tall and rider might feel the need to shift gears very frequently. Which is fine since it increases the efficiency. Modern features and Safety Despite Highness 350 look of classic retro bike. This bike is loaded with good amount of modern features. One of the major feature which takes it out of its competition is Traction Control. In Indian motorcycle market traction control is still not available in many 350cc motorcycle. Next is Dual-channel ABS which ensures that even when you are doing panic braking the bike do not skid and the safety of rider can be ensured. Bluetooth connectivity is another feature to check notifications or any missed call while you are riding. Service Experience With Highness 350 one thing can be ensured that rider is paying for premium product. One can expect that they will get premium experience while servicing the bike. While this is true one thing is to note that this Highness 350 is only available in Honda Bigwing showrooms only. That’s why rider must check whether Honda Bigwing is available in their city or not. Conclusion If any rider that wants to buy a bike that can do everything whether its taking the bike in city for daily chores or taking on relaxing highway rides then this bike is for you.  It’s a bike that promises to provide a riding experience that is both pleasurable and reliable. Triumph Scrambler 400x: Classic Design and Modern Performance

Introduction Triumph was established in 1983 by John Bloor. Triumph has a long history of motorcycle manufacture, stretching back to the early twentieth century. Triumph motorbikes are popular due to their classic looks and dependable performance. The Scrambler series, in particular, has proven popular with riders who value the robust off-road skills mixed with vintage style. The Scrambler 400X maintains this heritage by providing a new twist on a cherished classic. Scramblers were type of bike which combined both of touring and off road abilities of bikes with good low end torque with long suspension travels and high ground clearance. Which is a great combination for daily riders who just love take their motorcycles on any type of terrain or roads. Now, they are not adventure bikes because unlike adventure bike the look of scramblers is quite retro. Many companies have tried to make best looking scramblers with relatively good performance. But Triumph has written legacy in scrambler bike with its Triumph Scrambler 1200 and Scrambler 900. Now, they have launched Triumph Scrambler 400x and Triumph Speed 400. The Triumph Scrambler 400X combines’ vintage motorbike styling with current performance and technology. This motorbike appeals to both antique and modern riders, with its distinct combination of flair, power, and adaptability. In this blog, we’ll look at the Scrambler 400X’s features, performance, and overall experience to see what makes it stand out in a crowded motorcycle market. Design and Aesthetics: The Scrambler 400X has a design that pays respect to its forebears while still embracing modern components. The Scrambler 400X’s retro-inspired style includes a distinctive tank shape, a comfy and elegant seat, and a variety of color choices that add to its vintage charm. When compared to earlier Scrambler models, the 400X stands out for its sophisticated appearance and attention to detail, making it a roadside attraction. The design inspiration for Triumph speed 400 and Triumph Scrambler 400x is inspired from its big brothers i.e. Triumph Scrambler 1200 and Triumph Speed Twin 900. While the quality and finish levels are just top notch as compared to other bikes in its segment in our Indian market. These both bikes offer phenomenal design and finish levels. While comparing both Triumph Scrambler 400x and Triumph Speed 400x both have certain differences in design. First, separated seats in Scrambler 400x but not in Speed 400x. Second, Exhaust is dual mouth in Scrambler 400x which kind of mimics Triumph Scrambler 900. Third, handle guards in Scrambler 400x but not in Speed 400. In real life Triumph Scrambler 400x looks slightly bigger than Triumph Speed 400x. Engine and Performance: The Scrambler 400X has a powerful engine that gives remarkable performance throughout a variety of terrains. The bike is powered by a 398.15cc engine liquid cooled 4 valve DOHC Single cylinder engine providing 39.5 bhp at 8000rpmand 37.5Nm torque at 6500rpm. Which provides enough power and torque for both city commuting and off-road excursions. Riders can enjoy smooth acceleration, quick handling, and a fuel-efficient ride, making the Scrambler 400X an ideal partner for any travel. In terms of engine refinement Triumph has made its mark in 400cc segment bike and also the vibrations are very less. However, while I was driving Triumph Scrambler 400x I find it better for touring because of slightly better engine refinement compared to Triumph Speed 400. Engine produces ample amount of torque and power for both city and highway purposes. One thing to notice is that while the engine is smooth it is also very fuel efficient as well. While riding it on highway I got average of around 32 to 35kmpl and city it was around 32 kmpl. But this also depends on riding style of rider as well. Technology and Features: While the Scrambler 400X pays respects to its vintage heritage, it additionally includes cutting-edge technology. The bike includes a cutting-edge instrument cluster, LED lighting, and modern safety features including ABS and adjustable riding modes. These connections ensure a safe and pleasurable ride, whether you’re navigating city streets or exploring tough landscapes. Riding Experience: The primary appeal of the Scrambler 400X is its riding experience. Riders have mentioned its comfy sitting, simple controls, and superb suspension, which make it ideal for extended journeys and varied terrains. The bike’s adaptability comes through, allowing for easy transitions between everyday commuting, weekend touring, and off-road adventures. In comparison, the Scrambler 400X provides a unique combination of comfort and performance that few competitors can match. The weight management of bike is done very well. Which you may not feel in cities but while on highway or on off road this weight management feels very much crucial. While riding this bike I realised that it is an easy bike which can be easily managed while riding and can be very much fun. It do not have very aggressive engine unlike KTMs but there is no shortage for power while you ride this bike. Pricing and Availability: Triumph Scrambler 400x The Scrambler 400X is competitively priced around 2.64lakh ex-showroom in Delhi, 2.63 lakh ex-showroom in Mumbai and almost same pricing in Hyderabad, offering excellent value for its features and performance. Depending on the variant and region, the price range may vary, but it remains an affordable option in its segment. The Scrambler 400X is widely available through Triumph dealerships, making it accessible to riders in various regions. Conclusion To summarize, the Scrambler 400X is a motorbike that expertly blends traditional style with current performance and technology. Its distinct combination of looks, power, and mobility makes it a desirable option for a diverse spectrum of riders. Whether you’re an experienced rider or new to the world of motorbikes, the Scrambler 400X provides a thrilling and dependable ride.
