TVS Apache RTR 310:Ride the Roar

TVS is one of oldest motorcycle company in Indian Market. Their start was manufacturing of commuter motorcycles. Then TVS started their performance bikes with Apache product line. In this segment Apache RTR 160 and Apache RTR 200 were phenomenal bikes with very good performance and braking system. But both bikes were naked street bikes. Then TVS launched their full flaring bike TVS Apache RR310. Now TVS has made comeback in Naked Street Bikes with TVS Apache RTR 310 which is loaded with features. This forefront addition to the Apache family is more than simply a motorbike; it’s a work of engineering, painstakingly created to provide an unparalleled riding experience. TVS Apache RTR 310 has great performance on top end and really good power delivery but this bike still has some flaws. Let’s discuss the points which can help readers to decide whether this will be their next bike or not. Apache RTR 310: Design and Aesthetics The Apache RTR 310 is more than simply a motorbike; it’s a piece of art on wheels. The Apache RTR 310’s aggressive, aerodynamic bodywork and sleek, futuristic design components ooze flair, performance, and refinement. TVS Apache RTR 310 is naked street racing type which has little bit of inspiration from Ducati Street fighter V4. In designing TVS has done commendable job. Although the look might be subjective to person to person. Let’s see some highlights regarding design and ergonomics. From front TVS Apache RTR 310 looks very aggressive and performance packed. The radiator and its designing and very specifically the flaring added to radiator adds additional aggressiveness to the front. The exhaust might look very big to some riders and little bit out of place but from the back this exhaust looks really good. If exhaust is not big or large the bike will look very small and clumsy. Exhaust is also loud. If someone likes little loud exhaust TVS Apache RTR 310 might be their first choice. The rider’s triangle might be perfect for anyone. Generally it might be perfect for those riders who have height above 5foot 5inches will find very comfortable and very flick able as well. The kerb weight is around 163 kg which helps to rider to overtake and cut through the traffic very efficiently. Riders who generally do daily commutes will find TVS Apache RTR 310 very enjoyable and their daily experience of daily commute will never be mundane or melancholic. Apache RTR 310: Innovative Technology Step into the future of motorcycles with the Apache RTR 310’s cutting-edge technical features. The ride-by-wire throttle technology provides precise control and fast throttle response, allowing riders to easily unleash the engine’s full power. The Bi LED headlight system works very well and it is very vibrant due to which rider might not need extra auxiliary lights. When rider opens the throttle the light gets vibrant even more with zero heating issue. It also gets really good and responsive quick shifter which is optional for bi directional as well. The response might feel better than KTM Duke 250. Which aids the rider to quickly downshift without any harm to engine. It also gets Glide through Technology (GTT) which makes the bike glide through very small gaps and cuts with intervention of ABS due to which the chances of skidding at panic braking gets very low. With 5 different ride modes Sport, Track, Supermoto, Urban and Rain. Many people might enjoy Urban and sports mode very much. 5 inch TFT display is also very vibrant and visible even during bright afternoon and also has very good response time. This bike also comes with Cruise control which will be very helpful for riders who want to cruise on highway all day long. However the button for cruise control might not be very responsive or of very good quality. The completely digital instrument cluster displays real-time information such as speed, rpm, fuel level, gear position, and more, keeping riders informed and connected at all times. First time in Indian market TVS has launched auto cooling and heating seats which might feel very much big upgrade but the execution of this feature is not good because the fans might hurt your sitbones and tail bone. It’s a naked street racer so the pillion seat is not very comfortable. Apache RTR 310: Performance and Refinement Over the past years TVS- BMW partnership resulted in BMW GS 310 and in 2023 we got fully flared bike of TVS RR 310 both bikes were fairly successful. RR 310 has improved the vibrations damping which was quite a problem in GS 310. In this naked version Apache RTR 310 this problem came back again. Vibration damping was not good because it is not a fully flared bike. But this does not mean that performance is not good. Although this is not as aggressive as KTMs but still it is aggressive enough to get through city traffic. It efficient in certain way that you will not have much unused aggressive performance which might be harmful for non-experienced riders. The RTR 310 gets the 312cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that puts out 35.6 PS @ 9700 rpm and 28.7 Nm @ 6650 rpm in the Sport, Track and Super Moto modes. The power delivery is full at 9700 rpm which gives its aggressive performance. On highway this bike has cruise control which can help you in long rides. However, since it is loud bike and have vibration you might not get very comfortable on long rides. But city commutes will be very comfortable and exciting. The keyhole for back seat is just right behind tail bone which can be very problematic on very long highway rides. Apache RTR 310: Agility and Handling The Apache RTR 310 is more than just brute power; it’s also about agility and precision control. With its lightweight chassis, race-tuned suspension, and high-performance brakes, this motorbike provides unrivalled agility, reactivity, and stability. The front suspension has superior upside-down forks, while the rear has a monoshock absorber, resulting in
